ORDER PROCESSING

  • Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

  • Most orders are processed and shipped within 1–2 business days of purchase.

  • Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST will begin processing the next business day.

SHIPPING METHODS & DELIVERY TIMES

We offer several shipping options at checkout. Delivery times are estimates and begin once the carrier receives your package:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

  • Expedited Shipping: Not Offered

  • Overnight Shipping: Not Offered

Please note: Delivery times may vary based on location, weather, carrier delays, or other factors outside our control.

SHIPPING RATES

  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on weight, destination, and shipping method.

  • Free shipping promotions (if available) will be applied automatically at checkout.

ORDER TRACKING

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your package directly through the carrier’s website.

SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS

Due to state and local regulations, we may be unable to ship certain products to specific locations. If your order is affected, our team will contact you before processing.

INCORRECT SHIPPING INFORMATION

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If your order is returned to us, reshipping fees may apply.

LOST OR DAMAGED PACKAGES

We are not responsible for packages lost or damaged during transit. However, if you experience an issue, contact us at support@mitra9.com, and we will work with the carrier to resolve it.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

At this time, Kava-Drink.co ships only within the United States. We do not currently offer international shipping.
